Internship 60-100% from now on for 3-6 months

We are looking for a motivated personality who would like to actively support us in our studio & shop in Zurich District 4 and get to know the everyday life of a small design label. The paid internship offers you the opportunity to gain experience in the following areas of day-to-day business:

• Order processing of customer orders (from receipt of order to package ready for dispatch)
• Coordination of deliveries with our external warehousing and logistics service provider for the shipping of selected customer orders
• Sales and customer service in our store and at events
• Insights into product development and marketing
• Handling daily customer inquiries via telephone and email
• Goods management in our small internal warehouse
• Quality control of goods
• Various organizational and administrative tasks

• Knowledge of German is required, knowledge of English, French or other languages ​​is welcome
