Ordering and Shipping

If a product is sold out, you can easily sign up to be notified by email as soon as it's back in stock. Simply click „Notify me" on the product page and confirm your email address. We'll send you an email as soon as the product is back in stock. This doesn't reserve the product, so it's best to secure it as soon as you receive the notification.

You can pay in our online shop with credit card, PostFinance Card, Twint, Paypal or via direct bank transfer. Please note that if you use a direct bank transfer, your order will only be shipped after receipt of the payment. In our online shop payment is always made in Swiss francs (CHF). The displayed Euro prices (EUR) serve only as an orientation. 

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after purchase via email, chat, or phone. Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible. Please review your order and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping is free for orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

For deliveries within the EU, shipping costs are CHF 10.–, we offer free shipping on orders over CHF 150.–. There are no further costs.

Worldwide shipping costs are CHF 20.–. For orders over CHF 250.–, delivery is free of charge. Please note that additional VAT, import taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are not covered or collected by us.

Orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are shipped via Swiss Post and usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days after your order is received.

For deliveries within the EU, delivery takes 4 to 10 working days. Delivery times outside these regions depend on the destination country, but orders are usually delivered within 14 working days.

If you need your order by a specific date or are unsure whether it will arrive in time, please contact us directly – we are happy to help and do our best to ensure a timely delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Please inform us by email that you wish to return a product. Send the product in unused condition and with the original, undamaged packaging (dust bag) within 7 days to the following address:

We do not offer free returns, you will have to pay the return shipping costs.

Once your return has arrived and we have checked it, we will refund you the value of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us directly by email or phone. We’ll help you find the best solution – depending on the situation, we can offer a direct exchange or ask you to return the item and place a new order.

For a direct exchange, we will ship the new product once we have received and checked your original order. If there is a price difference, the new item will be shipped after we receive the additional payment.
