Within Switzerland, we deliver your order free of charge.
For deliveries to the EU, a flat shipping fee of CHF 10.- applies. We deliver free of charge for orders over CHF 150.-. There are no additional fees.
For deliveries worldwide there is a flat shipping fee of CHF 20.-. We deliver free of charge for orders over CHF 250.-. Depending on the country, you may incur VAT, import taxes and customs fees.
Delivery time
All orders are shipped 1 to 2 days after payment is received. We work with Swiss Post for delivery. Deliveries within Switzerland arrive 2 to 5 days after receipt of the order. Delivery to countries within the EU takes place within 4 to 10 working days after receipt of the order. The delivery time for deliveries outside the EU depends on your country of residence. However, delivery usually takes place within 14 working days of receipt of the order.
Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return it to us within 7 days in an unused condition and with the original, undamaged packaging. Please inform us via email that you would like to return a product.
